At Self-Discovery Recovery (SDR) we take pride in helping clients strengthen their independence to unlock their true potential. Our therapists will listen to you as you describe your needs and we will work alongside you and assist you every step of the way towards achieving your goals. SDR dedicates its mission to helping clients improve their quality of life by providing ethical, efficient, and experienced mental healthcare. Partnering with Full Circle Recovery, we specialize in substance abuse, chemical dependency, anger management, parenting challenges, attachment and relationship challenges, depression, anxiety, and PTSD. We also provide services for other general mental health needs.
SDR is a Behavioral Health Services Division (BHSD) approved Comprehensive Community Support Services (CCSS) Behavioral Health Agency, designed to guide those who need assistance in the following domains: INDEPENDENT LIVING, WORKING, LEARNING AND EDUCATION, RECREATION, AND SOCIALIZATION. If you or a loved one is having challenges in any of the domains listed above, our CCSS staff can help by sitting down with you in person, guiding you to achieve your desired life goals.
SDR also offers ASAM level 1 Substance Abuse and Chemical Dependency Services, which includes:
A full Biopsychosocial assessment
reporting to court/legal, as needed
weekly individual therapy
weekly two hour Sobriety Management groups (pending as of 5.12.2024 while we wait to build our caseload and establish stakeholder support)
CCSS services, as needed
referrals to a higher level of care, if needed
Full Circle Recovery provides Intensive Outpatient therapy (IOP), which includes group therapy and individual therapy to address substance use challenges. For more information please access their website here: Full Circle Recovery IOP

SDR is currently accepting clients for individual therapy and will provide diagnostic assessments to get clients into therapy as soon as possible. We currently offer SOBRIETY MANAGEMENT group therapy services SATURDAYS AT 11AM in-person and telehealth via Google Meets.
TO EXPEDITE SERVICES and become a client today please do the following:

please submit a copy of YOUR INSURANCE CARD and a copy of YOUR IDENTIFICATION CARD (ID) (Passport, driver's license, or any other government issued ID that includes a photo of you) within the intake form or email them to GERASIMOS@SDRNM.COM . Our email server is HIPAA compliant.

Once your intake packet is submitted a patient portal will be created for you, where you will find the second half of the intake form that needs to be filled out and digitally signed. The second half of the form may be filled out in person upon request during your assessment appointment.
